Announcement Made During Important Event Discussing Energy Partnerships Between Countries in São Paulo

Brazilian Enaval and British Worley announced a joint venture in the energy sector. The new company will be called WEIS. Since this is a newly signed agreement, the companies have not yet disclosed further details about the headquarters, any existing contracts, and the capital of the joint venture Weis.
The announcement was made during the event “UK & Brazil: Partners in Energy”, in São Paulo, yesterday morning (06/04), by the executives of both companies.

The “UK & Brazil: Partners in Energy” is an event that brings together experts from Brazil and the United Kingdom to discuss various energy topics such as: biofuels, natural gas, offshore, solar energy, and others.
