It has signed a contract with state-owned Petrobras to provide maintenance services for its offshore operations in Brazil. The duration of agreement is three years old and marks an important moment of expansion for the industrial company in the Brazilian oil and natural gas sector.

Ending the month of January 2023 on a high note, the company Oil States secured yet another significant agreement for its operations in the Brazilian oil and natural gas market.
The company signed a contract with the state-owned oil company Petrobras to provide its operations maintenance services for the company.

This is yet another growth initiative in the Brazilian oil and gas sector, at a time when fuel exploration projects are heating up in Brazil.
The new contract with Petrobras reinforces Oil States' presence in the national market, as well as its high growth potential in the field.
The scope of activities also includes the supply of parts and pieces; storage and preservation of equipment; and well lifting, drilling and safety tools, including BOPS, Catarina, Hook, Swivel, Mud Pump, Valves, among others.
The duration of the contract will be for three years, in which Oil States will guarantee its state-of-the-art maintenance services to guarantee more quality in the state's operations.
Petrobras will be able to incorporate the industrial company's expertise into its fuel exploration projects to make them even more optimized.

Oil States Brasil Service Base Manager, Marcos Pontes, commented on the signing of the new agreement, highlighting its importance for the company.
“This achievement further consolidates Oil States Brasil's ability to absorb other contracts similar to this one, along with important players of the Oil & Gas & Energy segment”, he said.
“Our technical capacity is proportional to the size of the great challenge that awaits us. Customer focus, resilience, security, excellence and attention to detail are our fundamental pillars for the success of this project”, concluded the executive.
Oil States Brasil has a base of 40 m² in Macaé (RJ) to act as a “One Stop Shop” and more than 200 qualified employees.
