O certo é a pessoa proprietário do lugar ser o dono, ola que achou ter uma boa porcentagem 20% por exemplo, o Estado ter direito de cobrar imposto 10 % no máximo e o dono da propriedade vender para um colecionador pois, o valor está em um montante de pedras encrustadas em uma rocha (raridade) E mais ao centro nâo se sabe o que se tem, pode ser qualquer material e poucas safiras mas que daram muito trabalho, levará muito tempo e varios riscos de desvios.
