Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023: Is It Worth It or Not?

Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023! A crossover derived from the Cronos that many people want! But is it worth it? Find out if the Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 is really all that they say. We will cover various aspects such as engine, fuel consumption, parts, engine problems, and much more.

The Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 emerged as an interesting proposal from Fiat, bringing a coupe SUV derived from the Cronos. The initial expectation was that it would be based on the Toro, but Fiat decided to use the Cronos platform, generating various reactions.

Design and Finish

YouTube video

When we look at the design of the Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023, opinions are divided. While some appreciate the bold and modern front, others find it to have an awkward look, with an exaggerated rear overhang. The 17-inch wheels seem small for the size of the car, and the lack of disc brakes on all four wheels is a notable flaw.

Engine and Fuel Consumption of the Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023

Now, let’s talk about the engine and fuel consumption of the Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023. Equipped with a 1.0 Turbo T200 three-cylinder engine, it delivers up to 130 horsepower on ethanol and 125 on gasoline. The torque of 20.4 kg is available at 1,750 RPM, providing a good power-to-weight ratio. In terms of fuel consumption, it performs well with 8.4 km/l on ethanol and 11.9 km/l on gasoline in the city, and 10.2 km/l on ethanol and 14.6 km/l on the highway.

Problems and Maintenance

It is important to discuss the issues that owners have reported. The Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 suffers from some reliability concerns regarding the engine. Many complain about excessive oil consumption, a problem that Fiat has not yet fully resolved. Maintaining this engine can be costly since it is a small turbocharged engine, requiring specific parts.

Interior Space and Comfort

Internally, the Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 offers reasonable space for an SUV derived from a compact sedan. The trunk is generous, with 516 liters, but the rear space for passengers may be cramped for taller individuals. The interior finish is all plastic, which may disappoint those expecting a more premium touch.

Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 Is Priced High

A critical point is the cost-benefit. The Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 is priced high, and for this amount, there are options in the market that offer more space and reliability. Models like the Renegade, which shares the 1.3 Turbo engine, may be a more robust choice. The price of the model is 135,335 Brazilian reais.

So, is the Fiat FastBack Audace 1.0 Turbo 2023 worth it? It depends on what you are looking for. If you want a car with bold design, good technology, and don’t mind paying a little more for a vehicle derived from a compact sedan, it may be a good choice. However, if you value engine reliability and good cost-benefit, you may want to consider other options in the market.

erro basico, o fastback nao é derivado do cronos. ele usa a nova plataforma do fiat pulse. ja descredencia a reportagem logo no titulo da materia.
