THE END OF SOLAR ENERGY? Energy distributors are now demanding, through the PL 4831, a 70% market reserve. This was the information released in recent days and has caused significant repercussions. However, this solar tax project is not recent, having been launched since mid last year, and now an urgent request has been made.

It is in the interest of energy distributors to hold 70% of the market; in other words, companies want, with the PL 4831 solar tax, that 70% of electricity users do not have the right to install a solar energy system and consume their own generation, with only 30% having that right.
Once 30% of customers have photovoltaic systems, energy distributors will deny any access requests for installation. Currently, we have about 8% of users with solar energy, that is, around 12 million projects that have already been installed. Experts indicate that the project will likely undergo changes during the legislative process to reconcile the interests of the various stakeholders, such as the government, energy distributors, and the distributed generation sector, which includes solar energy.
These changes may mitigate the negative impact pointed out by critics of the project, such as the restriction on solar GD growth. In summary, many of those who are there to defend will not accept 70%, but it is uncertain how many percent will remain in the end.
Why Solar Tax Cannot Negatively Impact the Segment?
Even if energy distributors achieve a percentage with the solar tax, the solar energy sector will not be affected, as we will never be able to adopt 100% of energy users.
Not everyone can acquire rooftop solar energy systems for various reasons, the main one being the lack of roof space; most of the population has available land for installation and remote generation that is not worth much.
This market reserve that the utility company is demanding will exist regardless of whether PL 4831 is approved or not because not everyone will install solar energy. Consequently, experts assert that entrepreneurs and installers should not be worried about the approval of the bill.
Interessante que o Governo não te dá nenhum tipo de alternativa de economizar, seja na eletricidade ou em combustível, comida, imposto e agora para completar de lascar a pessoa ele quer reduzir o número de brasileiros que possam ter uma alternativa de economizar energia que está caríssima, aí vem com essa história para simplesmente nos obrigar a gastar mais de um dinheiro que não temos, resumindo, nosso salário não dá para o básico mais, não paga as contas e ainda por cima o Governo em vez de criar alternativas para a gente ao menos sobreviver, cria alternativas para a gente continuar enforcado com despesas e impostos kkkkk votem de novo em Lula…
Resposta só Reginaldo que comentou no post , falar q é esclarecimento, também devia ser crime , pois o seu esclarecimento nada tem a ver com a matéria, que trata de reserva de mercado, nada tendo a ver com uso do fio b como vc “esclareceu” , a questão do fio b já foi resolvida, e pra simplificar seu “esclarecimento ” , é simples , o excedente de geração q alguém gera em sua casa e injeta na rede, não é mais 100% dele , uma parte é da distribuidora, a título de compensação pelo uso da rede de distribuição, uma coisa q eu acho lógica .
Agora, as distribuidora percebendo q isso é burlado com o mercado livre de energia , está tentando manter pra si 70% do mercado , ou seja , se uma distribuidora tem como clientes , um consumo de 100 kw ,(por exemplo) , ela só vai aceitar q existam sistemas de energia solar que gerem juntos até no máximo 30 kw , mais q isso é proibido por lei , isso não vai afetar o mercado no primeiro momento , pois no geral nem 10% foi atingido ainda , pelo contrário, pode até acelerar o processo, mas quando chegar perto desse limite , aí sim vai haver um desinteresse geral.
Esse programa nasceu errado , na canetada, no imediatismo , sem um projeto discutido amplamente, agora fica essa confusão, onde os geradores reclamam e as distribuidoras também, e ambos com razão.
