Event is part of the Foresea Socioenvironmental Program, which finances and supports structural actions in the areas of Green Economy and Integral Education

On next Saturday (July 6), Foresea will gather company members and their families for a solidarity action at Lagoa de Imboassica, in Macaé. The event will be held in support of the Municipal Center for Childhood and Adolescence Care in Macaé (CEMAIA) and the waste collection and recycling cooperative MacaEco.
There will be donations of hygiene items, recreational activities, and integration with the children and adolescents of CEMAIA, including music, arts, and a picnic; in addition to a community effort to paint and decorate seven ecological carts, pulled by bicycle, acquired by Foresea and to be donated to the waste collection and recycling cooperative MacaEco.

Billions of barrels on the equatorial margin could lead Amapá to double its oil production in Brazil — the state aims to enter the route of companies in the Campos Basin, attract investments, and boost jobs and businesses in the oil and gas sector.
“Besides involving our members in volunteer actions, we want to create a positive impact through the generation of economic and social value, in a sustainable manner, in the communities where we operate. Interaction with children in care and vulnerability situations contributes to experiential education and the creation of a cultural repertoire, promoting inclusion, socialization, and comprehensive and collaborative education with society. The painting and donation of the carts enhance the work of local recyclers, strengthening their self-esteem and reinforcing the importance of the services they provide,” explains the Vice President of Sustainability at Foresea, Marco Aurélio Fonseca.
Created in partnership with Transforma.aí, a consultancy specialized in the development and management of private social investment, the event will be the second voluntary action of the Foresea Socioenvironmental Program. Launched in April 2024, the program foresees an investment of R$ 1 million until the end of the year, in structural actions aimed at the Green Economy and Integral Education in the municipality of Macaé.
