The registration period begins at 8 AM on September 2 and ends at 5 PM on October 31, 2024.
During the registration process, candidates must be aware of the required documentation. It is necessary to attach the following documents:
Detailed Memorial: This document must include proof of published works, activities performed that are relevant to the competition, and other information that allows the evaluation of the candidate’s merits.
Proof of Doctorate: The candidate must prove possession of a Doctorate, whether granted by USP, recognized by it, or valid nationwide.
Proof of Military Service Discharge: For male candidates, proof of military service discharge is required.
Electoral Clearance Certificate: The candidate must present an electoral clearance certificate or a detailed certificate issued by the Electoral Court.
This document must be issued within 30 days prior to the start of the registration period.
Official Identity Document: It is necessary to present a copy of an official identity document.
The responsibility for the correct submission of all documents lies entirely with the candidate. Each document must be uploaded in the specific field indicated in the registration system. If any document is uploaded out of the requested order, the registration will be denied.

Public Defense of the Research and Innovation Project: In this stage, candidates must publicly present and defend a research and innovation project.
The committee will assess the relevance, originality, and feasibility of the presented project, as well as analyze the candidate’s capacity to conduct research in the field of Energy and Environment.
