The Government of Maranhão Announced The Opening Of Thousands Of Vacancies For Young People And Adults In The State Who Are Looking For Qualification Courses. Registration Closes On The 1st Of Next Month

The Government of Maranhão Launched, Last Friday (10), Through The State Department Of Education (Seduc), The Notice With The Opening Of 5,400 Vacancies In Free Professional Qualification Courses That Will Be Offered Through The Maranhão Professionalized Platform, Following A Determination From The State Government For The Continuation Of Investments In Professional Education.

Registration Will Be Remote And Free, Starting At 10 AM On The 15th (Wednesday), And Will Be Open Until July 1st.

Candidates Who Studied In Public And Community Schools Can Register, And Of The Total Number Of Vacancies Per Course, 10% Will Focus On People With Disabilities.

The Vacancies In Professional Qualification Courses Are Distributed Across Nine Offerings: Human Resources Assistant, Legal Services Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Secretarial, Receptionist, Official Document Preparation, Basic Computer Skills (Office Suite), Basic Brazilian Sign Language, And Basic Excel. The Free Courses Will Be Offered To Adults And Young People Looking For Professional Qualification To Generate Income.

To Fill Out The Electronic Registration Form For The Free Courses, Candidates Must Access The Website Of The Government Of Maranhão And Register For Access To The System, Using Their CPF And Email And Creating A Password That Will Be Used To Access The System.

After Filling Out The Form, Students Must Choose Only One Course Of Interest Among Those Available, Respecting The Limit Of Open Vacancies For The Qualification Courses.

Courses From The Government Of Maranhão Offer Certification

All Qualification Courses Have A Workload Of 100 Hours Divided Into Six Modules Of Two Video Lessons Each, And Also Include A Workbook And Own Supplementary Material. For Certification And Completion Of The Course, Students Must Attend At Least 75% Of Classes And Achieve A Final Average Of 7.0 Or Higher In The Evaluation.

The Differentiated Format, Which Adapts To The Specific Routine Of Each Student, Becomes A Strategic And Important Study Tool And Support For Learning. While Navigating The Government Of Maranhão Platform, Video Lessons, Discussion Forums, Quizzes, Slides, And Support Materials Will Be Available.

It Is Important To Note That The Maranhão Professionalizing Platform Is Being Fully Developed By Professionals From The State Institute Of Education, Science And Technology Of Maranhão (IEMA), And The Video Lessons Are Recorded By Scholarship Teachers From The Institution.

According To The State Secretary Of Education, Felipe Camarão, Since The Beginning Of Governor Flávio Dino’s Administration In 2015, Education Has Been Viewed As A Priority, Recognizing That It Is The Main Pathway To Promoting Citizenship, Economic And Social Development, And, Above All, To Developing A Fairer Society With Social Equality.

Through This Platform, The Government Of Maranhão Aimed To Provide Maranhão Residents With An Opportunity To Take Advantage Of The Social Isolation Period To Enhance Their Professional Skills And Even Develop An Activity That Could Generate Some Income In The Future.
