ES state government offers more than 700 places in free courses

ES government talking about new opportunities

The free courses offered by the ES Government are for the State Technical Education Centers (CEETs) Vasco Coutinho, in Vila Velha, and Talmo Luiz Silva, in João Neiva.

The Government of the State of Espirito Santo – ES together with the Secretariat of Science, Technology, Innovation and Professional Education (Secti) opened a public notice yesterday with 775 vacancies for 15 free courses of technical level in the state centers of Technical Education (ceets) Vasco Coutinho, in Vila Velha, and Talmo Luiz Silva, in João Neiva.

Among the free courses offered by the Government of ES are Radio and TV, Administration, Cooking, Aesthetics, Mechanics and Events, for students who have completed high school.

Sign up for free technical level courses

Those interested in free courses should access the page www.acessocidadao.es.gov.br and register for Citizen Access using their CPF number and a personal email.

Then, access the registration website www.selecaoaluno.es.gov.br, read the selection notice and fill out the registration form. According to the announcement, at the time of registration, the candidate must choose only one school, one course and one shift.

Selection process determined by the ES Government

The selection for vacancies in the free courses considers the final result of the Portuguese Language and Mathematics subjects of the last year attended by the candidate in High School. For candidates who are studying the third year in 2020, the final result in such subjects in the year 2019 is considered.

The selection rules are applied regardless of the type of High School attended.

Candidates completing the National Examination for the Certification of Youth and Adult Skills (Encceja) will have their grades applied to an equivalence rule to compete for vacancies, observing the specific cases of candidates:

  • Who attended regular high school;
  • Who attended Technical Professional Education Integrated to High School;
  • Who attended the Vocational High School;
  • Who attended the Youth and Adult Education modality (EJA);
  • Who completed high school at CEEJA;
