To participate in the selection process, the candidate must have a technical degree in Nursing and/or technical training in Work Nursing and be active in COREN. Must have solid experience in the role in a manufacturing environment, ease of relationship, initiative, and dynamism.
The Main Responsibilities of the Work Nursing Technician Candidate at Granado:
- Provide first aid for emergencies and work accidents;
- Ensure the routine of periodic medical examinations;
- Support supervision in area routines.
- Participate in and develop health awareness campaigns
- Receive and register medical certificates in e-social.
- Control ASOs.
- Monitor occupational exams “in company”.
- Participate in accident and health prevention programs.
- Take part in SIPAT.
- Develop and conduct health-focused training.
- Conduct first aid training for NR 5, NR 33, and NR 35.
- Monthly update of indicators.
