Halliburton Software Will Ensure Cloud Data Management for Exploration and Production of Spanish Oil Company Repsol

Halliburton announced today a multi-year contract with Repsol to provide a cloud-based master data management solution for exploration and production (E&P) activities. Repsol Oil Company Signs Agreement with WEG for New Projects!

The software as a service allows users to upload, input, manage, and access data from records, wells, and other E&P in different locations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity across Repsol’s asset portfolio.

As exploration and production challenges intensify, operators need to generate insights to enhance the performance of existing data. Effective E&P data management through a comprehensive cloud solution leads to improved communication, accuracy, and consistency so operators can make better-informed decisions.

Repsol will implement the cloud solution for simultaneous access and management at ten global locations during the first year of the contract, with additional locations to follow. The DecisionSpace® 365 Data Foundation supports data residency and integrates with on-premises applications and data.
