IFMS has thousands of vacancies in free online and EAD courses for people who have completed elementary and high school.

O Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS) announced this Wednesday (14) the opening of registration for a selection process that aims to offer thousands of vacancies in free online courses of Basic Spanish, Basic English, Computer Operator and Salesperson. Entries will be extended until January 8th of the next year, being made available 1.500 middle and elementary level vacancies.

Requirements for free and distance learning courses

With an average duration of four months and EAD, the classes offered in the courses offered are Initial and Continuing training, that is, training and qualification for the job market. The courses will have face-to-face centers in the cities where the IFMS it has campuses, as in the municipalities of Campo Grande, Coxim, Corumbá, Dourados, Ponta Porã, Nova Andradina and Três Lagoas.

In municipalities where there are no IFMS units, the coordination of courses will be carried out by the nearest campus, such as the cities of Amambai, Camapuã, Costa Rica, Antônio João, Nova Alvorada do Sul, Ribas do Rio Pardo and Sonora.

The Salesman course is fully available via distance learning, while the Spanish and English courses have meetings every week in the unit where the student enrolls. The selection process has free registrations that can be made until January 8th of the next year, through the IFMS candidate page. To register, the candidate must inform his CPF number and select one of the course options available on the website. edict.

If the candidate does not have access to the internet, he/she can apply in person at the addresses informed in the public notice. Regarding the selection process for those interested in vacancies in courses, the public notice states that applicants will be selected and classified through an electronic draw, scheduled for January 12, 2023.

In this way, it will not be necessary for the candidate to take tests of an eliminatory nature. Each candidate will have a number to participate in the draw. The classification will be carried out according to the order of the drawn numbers.

Results and dates for free IFMS distance learning courses

The preliminary result of the draw will be published on January 16th, the first call and the final classification of the process are expected to be announced on January 19th.

For those candidates who are approved and called for the language courses, it will be necessary to take a leveling test, so that the student's level of knowledge about the chosen language is measured, scheduled to take place between January 20th and 24th of next year. The registration period for the first call must be made between January 30th and February 3rd, in case the vacancies are not completely filled, a new call will be released on the 9th of the same month.
