The Construction of Senna Tower, the Largest Residential Building in the World in Brazil, Begins in Balneário Camboriú.
Get ready to witness a historic feat: the construction of the largest residential building in the world in Brazil is about to begin! Balneário Camboriú will be the stage for this colossal structure over 500 meters tall, the Senna Tower, which promises to redefine the limits of engineering and architecture worldwide.
The story of the Senna Tower began under the name Triumph Tower, an ambitious project conceived by FG Empreendimentos, renowned in the luxury construction sector in the country. In September 2024, in a grand tribute to the legendary driver Ayrton Senna, the venture was officially renamed Senna Tower. This gesture not only celebrates Senna’s legacy but also connects the project to the Ayrton Senna Institute, allocating part of the sales royalties to social projects.
Construction of the Largest Residential Building in the World in Brazil
Located in Barra Sul of Balneário Camboriú, the building features an architecture that evokes the racetracks dominated by Senna, with curved shapes at the base and a top that rises in an imposing straight line. With 157 floors, Senna Tower will surpass the current record holder, Central Park Tower in New York, becoming the largest residential building in the world in Brazil.

Made from recycled plastic, plastic wood is gaining space in the construction industry because it does not rot, resists moisture, and reduces maintenance costs over the years.

Florianópolis will receive a million-dollar BRT that will begin construction in 2026 with nearly 400 million in funding from the federal government and the Inter-American Development Bank, and the map already shows the routes for the exclusive bus corridors.

Without a blueprint, without an engineer, and using scrap from the dump, a father spends 15 years building an 18-room castle for his daughter, featuring tram tracks, 13 fireplaces, and over 700 m², which may now be demolished.

A megaproject worth R$ 89 billion is advancing in Iraq and promises to change the game in global trade by creating a new corridor between Asia and Europe, reducing traditional routes and repositioning the country as a logistics powerhouse.
The construction of this giant involves unprecedented technical challenges. The foundation must be impeccable to withstand vertical and horizontal pressures, especially considering that the final height may vary between 500 and 700 meters. The building will be the first residential structure in Latin America to use a mass damper, a crucial technological device to neutralize movements caused by winds.
Use of Solar Energy
The construction of Senna Tower will feature a completely glass-clad facade and a lighting system that will transform it into a visual icon, especially at night. LED lights, with LEED Platinum certification, highlight the curves and straight lines of the architectural design, reflecting a commitment to sustainability through the use of solar energy and water reuse systems.
With 228 residential units, including 18 suspended mansions, 204 luxury apartments, and duplex and triplex penthouses, the venture positions itself among the most exclusive in the world. The suspended mansions will offer private pools and garages within the apartments, something unprecedented in constructions of this magnitude. Unit prices range from R$ 10 million to R$ 50 million, exceeding R$ 100 million for the most exclusive ones.
Observatory at the Top of the Building
In addition to the residences, the building will offer six leisure floors, two of which will be open to the public, with green areas, heated pools, wellness centers, and luxurious restaurants with panoramic sea views. One of the major attractions will be the observatory at the top of the building, providing a spectacular view of Balneário Camboriú, the Atlantic Ocean, and the surrounding mountains.
Currently, the construction work is focused on site preparation and foundation execution. Soil drilling has already reached depths of up to 40 meters, using one of the largest continuous flight augers in Brazil. The expectation is that, after the completion of this critical phase, construction will begin to rise rapidly.
The Construction of the Largest Residential Building in the World in Brazil
The impact of Senna Tower on the real estate market is already being felt. Balneário Camboriú, which has the most valued square meter in the country, is attracting even more attention from global investors who see the project as a unique opportunity. The construction of the largest residential building in the world in Brazil not only places the country on the map of major global constructions but also boosts luxury tourism and the high-end real estate market.
Senna Tower represents a milestone for Brazil and Latin America, opening doors for future large-scale constructions. The success of this bold venture promises to inspire other cities to invest in innovative projects, driving urban and technological development. With the legacy of Ayrton Senna guiding this ambitious project, the construction of Senna Tower is more than a building; it is a symbol of overcoming and excellence that will elevate Brazilian architecture to new heights.
