What Changed In Reimbursement After The Extension

The issues involve non-standard documents, suspicions of signature fraud, and inconsistent defenses, according to reports sent to the STF in 2025.
How To Request A Refund Safely
The insured can open the request:
- through Meu INSS, accessing “Appointments/Requests”;
- by Central 135, available from Monday to Saturday;
- in person, at INSS agencies, CRAS, and DPU.
All amounts will be refunded with monetary correction, according to an official statement from Gilberto Waller, which ensures full compensation for the losses.

Senior citizens should access the Payment Statement in Meu INSS and then check the area “Various Discounts”. Any unrecognized associative charge should be immediately contested.
