What Are the Stages of the Selection Process?
The public competition of the Federal Institute will be divided into two stages and four phases.
The first stage includes an objective test, which will assess specific knowledge and legislation.

The third phase consists of a didactic performance test, in which candidates will have up to 50 minutes to deliver a lesson.
Finally, the qualifications test will assess the academic qualifications and professional experience of the candidates.
