LinkedIn Released the New Edition of Top Companies, a Ranking That Highlights the 25 Companies Where People Most Want to Work.
The companies in the financial and technology sectors are the places where Brazilians most dream of working and building a career, according to a survey released this Wednesday, April 3, by the LinkedIn Top Companies 2019 ranking. In the survey, the social network analyzes various aspects: interest in the company, interaction with its employees, and retention of professionals who work there. LinkedIn itself and its owner, Microsoft, were excluded from the study.
For each of the 25 companies, the survey also gathered information on the regions where most job openings tend to occur, the skills valued by them, and the areas with the most hires. It is evident that, even in the most traditional companies, technological skills are the most requested.

Once again, Itaú Unibanco ranked first in the list of companies where Brazilians dream of working, compiled by LinkedIn. The list is in its fourth edition and, despite the repeat at the top, the second and third places are new: Santander, which was in 21st place last year, and Movile, a newcomer to the list.
Only companies with more than 500 employees are considered, and the companies in the financial and technology sectors stand out: Bradesco, Safra, BTG Pactual, Grupo XP, IBM, TOTVS, and Oracle are also on the list.
