According to the decree, voluntary women who enter military service will not have the right to stability during the time they serve, something that is already common for men doing compulsory military service.
After being discharged from active service, they will compose the unpaid reserve of the Armed Forces, meaning they will be available to be called again if necessary, but without receiving salaries while outside active service.
Another relevant point is that, during the enlistment period, candidates may withdraw from participation up until the official incorporation moment.
However, after this stage, they will be subject to the same rules imposed on male recruits, both in terms of duties and rights.
