Dallevo-Albuquerque Family Residence in Alphaville Has 17,800 m², Cinema for 50 People, Spa, and Underground Parking for 50 Cars
The largest mansion in Brazil, valued at around R$ 1 billion, belongs to entrepreneur Amilcare Dallevo Jr., the majority partner of RedeTV!, and presenter Daniela Albuquerque. Located in a luxury condominium in Alphaville, in Greater São Paulo, the house occupies 17,800 square meters, equivalent to two soccer fields, and was designed by renowned architect Ruy Ohtake.
The property was completed in 2014 and brings together elements of modern architecture and luxurious decoration, becoming a reference in grandeur and exclusivity. Despite its monumental size, only the couple and their two daughters live in the residence.
Monumental Structure
Among the highlights is the master suite of the couple, which alone totals 1,200 square meters and includes a private pool and helipad.

Life of the Dallevo-Albuquerque Family
The owner, Amilcare Dallevo Jr., was born in São Paulo in 1957 and built his career in the technology sector before founding RedeTV! in 1999.
He is now the majority partner of the network, while his daughter Andrea Dallevo, from a previous relationship, holds a leadership position in the company’s content.
Daniela Albuquerque, born in Dourados (MS) in 1982, started her career at RedeTV! in 2007 and currently hosts the show Sensacional.
She married Amilcare in 2006, and together they have two daughters: Alice (2012) and Antonella (2015).
Luxury and Exclusivity
Despite its grandeur, the residence is occupied only by the couple and their two daughters.
The contrast between the size of the mansion and the small number of residents draws the attention of visitors and neighbors, as the house makes other properties in Alphaville look small.
On social media, Daniela Albuquerque often shares images of some areas of the mansion, such as the huge closet and leisure areas, fueling public curiosity about life in one of the most luxurious houses in the country.
The Dallevo-Albuquerque family’s mansion is considered by many as a prime symbol of luxury and ostentation in Brazil, while at the same time sparking debates about exclusivity and social inequality.

Ninguém precisa disso tudo, uma ilusão, você fica meses sem ir em todas as peças, um luxo desnecessário, porque você não ocupa, outra bobeira e ter piscina privativa, as vezes, vai usar uma vez por mês ou por ano, simples assim. Sei disso porque tenho uma casa de 400m2, quintal de 850m2, só dá trabalho, tem peças na casa que fico mais de 30 dias sem ir, loucura ter uma casa dessa, veja o tanto de dinheirinho desperdiçado, o pior que na hora de vender não consegui tirar o dinheiro investido. A minha avaliado em quase quatro milhões, fiz tudo bem reforçado pensando em ampliação, se quiser pode levantar mais três andares, hoje moro sozinho, estou tentando vender, não estou conseguindo vender nem por R$ 1.500.000,00. Se tivesse feito várias casa de R$ 250.000,00 venderia com o dobro de lucro. Se for investir, no máximo em casa de 120m2, o suficiente para viver bem, com qualidade de vida, simples assim!
Abismado com o tanto de pobres (de dinheiro e de espírito) passando pano para o absurdo que é essa ‘casa’. Sem contar as dívidas da empresa, inclusive de FGTS dos empregados da Rede TV.
Eu penso assim cada um tem as suas chances na vida não julgo quem tem toda essa fortuna não tenho inveja não me enche os olhos daqui a pouco a gente morre fica tudo por aí o importante é ter Jesus a única certeza que nós teremos um dia é da morte então temos que preparar um lugar celestial para o nosso descanso eterno um dia ao lado do pai é o que eu penso.
