Technocoat Group Invests Over R$ 25 Million in Building a New Factory in Telêmaco Borba, Focused on Recycled Pulp Production.
Telêmaco Borba, located in the Campos Gerais region of Paraná, will be the new home of Technofibra, a company of the Technocoat Group. The new factory will serve as a production and operations center focused on the manufacturing of cellulose fibers. These fibers will be produced from pre and post-consumer long-life packaging (ELV), as well as kraft scraps, cardboard, and kraft tubes. This factory represents an important step in the Technocoat Group’s growth strategy.
Technocoat Group Investment and Inauguration Expectations
The total investment for the construction of the new Technocoat Group factory exceeds R$ 25 million. The expectation is for the inauguration to occur in November.

From empty land to a high-end house, wooden construction uses a lightweight system, metal structure for the foundation, ventilated ceramic cladding, and special windows to create an efficient and comfortable living space throughout the year.
“We are investing in a modern recycled pulp factory, which will use high-tech automated processes. This will allow us to ensure consistently high-quality products. We will also have a complete laboratory to develop specific products according to each customer’s needs.”
Structure and Capabilities of the Technocoat Group Factory
The new factory of the Technocoat Group will have a constructed area of 4,200 square meters and will feature two operational lines.
The Technofibra Standard line will have the capacity to recycle 3,700 tons of ELV and produce 2,500 tons per month of high-quality cellulose fibers.
Additionally, this line will also produce 800 tons per month of Technoplast, which is a compound of aluminum and polyethylene.
The Technofibra Premium line will focus on recycling kraft scraps, cardboard, and kraft tubes, with a production target of 2,500 tons per month.
Macedo states that, in total, about 5,000 tons of cellulose fibers will be processed monthly at the new facility.
“Both lines will have rigorous quality control and advanced technology to meet the various market demands,” he adds. The commitment to quality is one of the pillars of the new Technocoat Group factory.
Commitment to the Pulp Sector
In addition to its production capacity, the new factory of the Technocoat Group will have space to store 2,000 tons of raw material and 1,000 tons of finished product. This will ensure agility in the flow of materials.

Macedo explains: “We are focused on reducing our carbon footprint and encouraging income generation through recycling. We use advanced technology to transform waste into valuable resources, creating products that drive efficiency and environmental responsibility.”
