Transpetro Seeks Professionals to Work Temporarily Without the Need for a Public Competition to Meet Urgent Demands
We all know that Transpetro, the logistics arm of Petrobras and owner of vessels of various types, only hires its employees through public competitions, as per Article 37 of the Federal Constitution.
Click Oil and Gas would like to inform you that there is, however, a link on Transpetro’s website that allows you, who are maritime professionals, to register with the company to meet urgent crew demands.
The temporary opportunities, in compliance with the laws, are for the Transpetro Marine Staff aimed at ensuring crew availability that meets the requirements of the Maritime Authority, ensuring operational safety and the integrity of people, equipment, and the environment.

To address this demand, Transpetro provides for the submission of resumes through registration for Temporary Opportunities in the Marine Staff, which will be accessed when there is an exceptional need for hiring crew members that cannot be met by calling candidates approved in the Public Selection Process.
Submitting an electronic resume does not guarantee admission, as this will occur according to Transpetro’s operational needs.
Required Documents:
- All updated DPC training certificates model 1031 (Officers) and 1034;
- CIR (Registration and Enrollment Book); ID, CPF, and Voter Registration;
- International Certificate of Vaccination or Revaccination against Yellow Fever;
- Work Card (pages 1 and 2, photo, and personal information) and Military Discharge Certificate and Proof of Residence.
