CIVIL ENGINEER: Degree in Civil Engineering; Intermediary English; Office Package (Advanced Excel essential); MS Project and Autocad; Construction standards and procedures; Drawing Reading and Interpretation (mainly in construction
civil).
Main Attributions: Supervise civil works carried out in boilers, provide technical support to the construction company, participate in the company's interface meetings with the client, analyze and monitor the planning and schedule of the work, perform inspections and verifications in the works reports, act in the interfaces of the assembly and construction projects, supervise HSE items with the construction company, provide support and meet the demands coordinated by the Senior Civil Engineer.
MATERIALS SUPERVISOR: Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Intermediate English (essential for reading); Office package (intermediate/advanced Excel); MS Project and Autocad; Drawing Reading and Interpretation; Construction standards and procedures; NR 35.
Main Responsibilities: Control and management of materials, monitor the release of materials for the Work, organize receipt of loads, unloading and movement, monitor all deliveries and drawings related to the Work via the SAP system, act in the storage and correct distribution of materials.
WORKS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Degree in Administration; Intermediary English; Office pack ; Technical drawing; SAP system; MS Project; Desirable NR 35;
Main Assignments: Control, distribution, review and management of drawings related to the Work, monitoring of drawings through the SAP system, miscellaneous files, control of office supplies, service to employees and customers.
SECRETARY OF WORKS: Training in Administration; Advanced/Fluent English; Office pack; MS Project; Desirable NR 35
Main Attributions: Control of agendas and meetings, responsible for issuing documents and minutes, supporting Management, distributing documents and drawings.
