This change is more than cosmetic, as the electric vehicle has grown considerably compared to its predecessor.

The MINI Countryman 2024 now measures 4.43 meters in length, 1.84 meters in width, and 1.66 meters in height.

This expansion is not just aesthetic; it creates space for future models in the MINI lineup, such as the successor to the now-defunct Clubman.

Moreover, the third generation of the Countryman shares its platform with the renowned BMW X1, ensuring a solid foundation for its innovations.

One of the biggest surprises of this third generation is the introduction of the MINI Countryman electric.

This model, preceding the combustion versions, demonstrates MINI’s clear intention to embrace electric vehicles as part of its future.

The MINI Countryman 2024 faces competition from models such as the Volvo EX30, Kia Niro EV, and BMW iX1.

Available in Electric E and Electric SE variants, the electric Countryman offers impressive performance.

The Electric E version’s 203 HP electric motor accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.6 seconds, while the Electric SE version, with two motors, reaches 310 HP and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.6 seconds.

Both versions are equipped with a 64.7 kWh battery, providing a remarkable range of up to 465 km, according to the European cycle.

Beyond Its Unique Design, This Electric Vehicle Provides a Personalized Experience for the Driver

In addition to its impressive electric performance, the MINI Countryman also features advanced driver assistance systems.

This includes adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, and lane-keeping assistance, providing a safer and more comfortable driving experience.

Inside, the MINI Countryman boasts a spacious and well-designed cabin.

Additionally, it features easily accessible controls, and its interior lighting system is quite elegant, utilizing LED lights to create distinct patterns.

Regarding the seats, they maintain the same quality in terms of finish and ergonomics, ensuring comfort for the driver and passengers.

However, the challenge of interior space still persists, a feature that has not been resolved in the new generation.

The MINI Countryman allows drivers to customize their driving experience with the “Experiences” button.

This feature offers different driving modes, such as the Go-Kart mode for maximum sportiness and the Green Mode for energy efficiency.
