It combines a 2.4-liter gasoline engine with 131 horsepower and two electric motors – a front one with 115 horsepower and a rear one with 136 horsepower – totaling 251 horsepower and an impressive 46 kgfm of torque. With this hybrid engine, the new Outlander is extremely efficient, capable of running up to 60 km in 100% electric mode and averaging 16 km/l in mixed cycle.
Design and Dimensions
The look of the new Mitsubishi Outlander is breathtaking. Even keeping its length of 4.69 meters, it has gained in other dimensions: it has a 2.70-meter wheelbase, 2.86 meters in width, and 1.75 meters in height. Weighing 1,565 kg, it has a spacious trunk of 620 liters with the seats folded.
The exterior design features chrome in the front, a bumper with a gray insert, and an adaptable full LED lighting system. On the sides, the SUV comes with a floating aluminum roof rack and wheels that can go up to 20 inches, as well as a two-tone paint job.
