The Super Soco TSX 2020 Electric Motorcycle is one of the models that represents the new era of electric vehicles in Brazil. With a modern look, the promise of extremely low running costs, and the practicality of a removable battery, it positions itself as an alternative for mobility in major urban centers.
According to a comprehensive evaluation of the model, carried out in partnership with the importer Energia Mob, the motorcycle stands out for its quietness and agility. However, the analysis also reveals the strengths and challenges that a potential buyer needs to know before opting for this electric model.

Launched globally in 2017, the brand arrived in Brazil through the importer Energia Mob. It is important to highlight that, as it is an electric vehicle equivalent to a 60cc motorcycle, the Super Soco TSX requires a type A license, registration, and pays IPVA.
The Bosch Motor and the Removable Battery

The motor of the Super Soco TSX 2020 Electric Motorcycle is a Bosch 1500W power motor, which is equivalent to about 4 horsepower. It is located in the rear wheel hub and requires no maintenance, as it has no brushes.
The battery is one of the key highlights. Produced by Panasonic, it is a lithium-ion battery, weighing 11 kg and fully removable, allowing the owner to take it to charge at any 220V outlet. The time for a full recharge is about 7 hours. The motorcycle has space for a second battery, which is sold as an accessory.
Performance in Practice: Range and Top Speed
The Super Soco TSX has three riding modes that alter its performance and range.
- Mode 1 (Economical): The speed is limited to 45 km/h, but the range can reach 100 km.
- Mode 2 (Normal): The speed increases to 55 km/h, and the range is up to 85 km.
- Mode 3 (Sport): The motorcycle delivers all its power, reaching a top speed of 75 km/h, with a range of up to 60 km.
Technology and Standard Equipment
The Super Soco TSX 2020 Electric Motorcycle comes with a good technology package. The lighting is full LED (headlight, taillight, and turn signals), the starting is with a keyless system with alarm and immobilizer, and the dashboard is 100% digital, featuring an LCD screen.
The motorcycle also has disc brakes on both wheels with a combined system (CBS) and rider footrests adjustable in three positions.
The Price and Points of Attention: How Much Does It Cost and What Could Improve?
The price of the Super Soco TSX 2020 is R$ 23,900. This is considered a negative point since it is high for a motorcycle with low displacement performance. Additionally, an extra battery costs about R$ 6,000.
Other criticisms noted in the test were the narrow and hard seat, which is uncomfortable for the passenger, and the motorcycle’s difficulty on very steep inclines, where it loses significant speed. Despite the savings generated by not using fuel (the cost of a full charge is only R$ 1.50), the high initial investment is the main challenge for those interested in the Super Soco TSX 2020 Electric Motorcycle.
