The engine of the Pop, powered by electronic fuel injection, delivers impressive performance. It is so fuel-efficient that only 4 liters of gasoline are required to fill the tank. The cheap motorcycle, which will rival the Honda CG160, is more affordable than the Biz 110i and also features more robust characteristics for various types of terrain. Compared to the 2023 model, the motorcycle is almost the same. The price of the cheapest motorcycle in Brazil is R$ 9,370, excluding shipping, according to the company’s announcement on its website.

This value is the Suggested Public Price (PPS), which serves only as a reference published by the brand; however, it is not necessarily the price charged in stores. According to the Fipe Table, the actual value of the cheap motorcycle, rival to the Honda CG160, in dealerships is R$ 11,537. Its setup has remained largely unchanged in recent years; however, it continues to be one of the best-selling motorcycles in Brazil.

Honda CG160 Rival Achieves Up To 59.6 Km/L

The cheapest motorcycle in Brazil features a 1-cylinder engine, 109.1 cc, that can deliver up to 7.9 horsepower at 7,250 rpm and 0.90 kgfm of torque at 5,000 rpm. Equipped with a 4-speed gearbox, the cheap motorcycle runs on gasoline. Among its main attributes are low fuel consumption, allowing an average of 59.6 km/l, as shown by data released by the Mauá Institute. The model is simple and robust, with a front fork of 100 mm stroke and a dual rear shock absorber with 83 mm stroke.

Its wheels are spoked, with 17 inches at the front and 14 at the rear. The brakes feature old drum brakes, 110 mm, while being equipped with a combined braking system (CBS), which distributes braking between the axles. One of the major highlights of the cheapest motorcycle in Brazil is its large seat, one of the most distinctive features of this motorcycle, with a height of 749 mm. Continuing the tradition, the motorcycle’s dashboard is 100% analog and only includes the most basic features.

Why The Pop May End Honda CG160 Sales?

Even though the Honda CG160 is the best-selling model from the brand, with the Pop in third place, it may be overshadowed by the cheapest motorcycle in Brazil, considering the lower price of the new model, which creates increased competition between them. The CG 160 Titan is one of the models from the brand that stands out for its robust design, ensuring safety for the rider to navigate city traffic with more ease.

The motorcycle features the CBS braking system that intelligently contributes to braking between the wheels. With it, when the rear brake is activated, the front brake is engaged simultaneously. Additionally, the protector on the CG 160 Titan prevents the passenger from touching the chain, while also keeping the part safe from unwanted objects on the road, making it comfortable and dynamic for both the rider and passenger.
