Donation Campaign Is Promoted By The Municipality Of Itajaí (SC)
Movecta, one of the largest integrated logistics companies in the country, is participating in the donation campaign aimed at supporting families affected by the rains in Rio Grande do Sul. The initiative, promoted by the municipality of Itajaí and coordinated by the Civil Defense department, aims to collect household cleaning items, personal hygiene products, non-perishable food, water, blankets, mattresses, and pet food. All items collected in the campaign will be transported by Movecta to Porto Alegre. The forecast is for the loads to leave Itajaí next Saturday (5/11).
“We are contributing to this action and seeking ways to help with this tragedy that is affecting Rio Grande do Sul. In such a delicate situation as this, we must unite efforts and seek to collaborate to bring a little comfort to the victims affected by the rains,” says Rodrigo Casado, CEO and President of Movecta.
