Hydac Introduces Unique Experience with Virtual Reality at Brazil Windpower 2022
Aiming to provide unforgettable experiences, Hydac brought to Brazil Windpower 2022 a model of a wind turbine to be explored through virtual reality. After all, many people in the wind energy sector have never had the opportunity to be inside a wind turbine or see it up close to understand how it works.

The largest South American oil company, Petrobras, is preparing for a historic leap in production with new FPSO platforms and the expansion of refining — projects that could add up to 900,000 barrels per day and strengthen Brazil’s energy security.
-
Billions of barrels in the Equatorial Margin could double Amapá’s oil production in Brazil and attract companies from the Campos Basin.

“We brought a bit of virtual reality because especially in this market, many people working in wind, what is called renewable energy, have never climbed a wind turbine”.
Robertson Brito, National Manager of Hydac (2022)
However, along with this innovative experience, the company incorporated its product line so that customers can understand how they function in the wind energy field. Thus, virtual reality allowed people to learn where Hydac operates and what it does for this market.
Fluid Aqua Móvel (FAM) is the New Equipment Capable of Removing Water Contamination for the Wind Energy Sector
During Brazil Windpower 2022, Hydac presented a groundbreaking machine: the Fluid Aqua Móvel. This equipment has the capacity to retain solid contaminants and moisture from oil.
In this sense, it is crucial for extending the lifespan of wind energy sector equipment. After all, contaminants hinder the proper functioning of motors. In other words, you achieve greater purity of oil lubricants by removing potential contaminants.
Million-Dollar Investments Brought New Plants to Brazil and Will Generate Jobs with Over 100 Positions
The German multinational has invested heavily in Brazil, and Brito notes that the world’s most modern plant is located in our territory. This results in an annual revenue of over 3 billion euros. Therefore, new plants are being installed with million-dollar investments.
“The first phase of the plant saw an investment of approximately R$100 million, and now there is a new phase that will begin construction in March of next year. And then, the investment forecast is approximately R$120 million, which will also lead to job creation”
Robertson Brito, National Manager of Hydac (2022)
Brito also highlights that over 100 job positions will be generated and even greater revenue will benefit the entire national economy.
