Completed High School. Technical training will be a plus.
Industrial Painter course with certification.
Knowledge of airless painting equipment, spray tip models for each paint category, replacement parts for the Graco and Technospray airless spray gun.
Paint preparation, use of painting equipment, knowledge of paint types and dilution, and solvents.

Operation of hand tools (sanders and polishers).
Knowledge of basic math (units of measurement, time, meter, liter).
Knowledge of paint micrometry.
Knowledge of types of grit and application methods.
