Another investment in the Ceará solar energy market, this time worth R$ 141 million
The state of Ceará will receive a new solar energy project, an investment of around R$ 141 million for a solar energy production park. Sudene confirmed the information, which previously approved the consultation for investment in the project of a solar energy park. Overall, the FDNE will make an investment of R$ 84,5 million.

Investment in solar energy in Ceará will boost energy sector
According to Sudene, approval of the prior consultation for investment in Ceará is the first step, which for the CGDT should boost a sector that has been gaining space in the market. The CGDT released in a note the affirmation of Sudene's support in relation to the renewable energy market, and that this support would be "not only for maintaining the sustainable profile of the Brazilian electrical system, but also for contributing to the prospect of lower operating costs lows in the future”.
According to the CGDF, the composition of solar energy in the Brazilian energy matrix increased from 1,2% in 2019 to 1,87% in March 2021. In all, there are 3,29 GW of installed power in operation and 1,22 ,XNUMX GW of wind farms under construction.
