The Global Giants Manufacturing Electric Motorcycles Are Heavily Investing in the Transformation of Combustion Vehicles into Electric Models.
The electric two-wheeler company PURE, based in Hyderabad, has launched the EPluto 7G electric scooter, priced like a mobile phone, but clearly hasn’t received the recognition it deserves. The main highlight of this electric motorcycle is its range of up to 120km on a full charge, along with the 2200W power produced by its motor.
But perhaps the biggest attraction is the design. It screams retro and resembles the old Bajaj Chetak models, especially when you look at the rear light. Still, the design borrows the most from the Vespa Notte 125 due to its rounded yet slim body, circular LED headlight, and chrome-finished mirrors.

Don’t get too excited about its outdated appearance, as the vehicle is packed with technology. With features like a smart 5-inch LCD, Smart Lock with AntiTheft provision, multiple speed modes, and disc brakes in the front, it’s clear that the EPluto 7G is not an ordinary two-wheeled vehicle.

Moving to the power supply, the scooter packs a portable 60V 2.5kWh battery that can be easily charged at home. It is capable of a range of approximately 90-120kms on a single full charge, which takes up to 4 hours. The electric motor powered by it produces high torque and can run the scooter at a maximum speed of 60kmph.
Other specifications include a 5-second acceleration time to reach 40kmph, 10-inch alloy wheels, a gradability of 12 degrees, and comfortable seating for two people.
The EPluto 7G Is Not a Recent Launch. On the Contrary, It’s Been in the Market for Some Time.
The electric scooter PURE EPluto 7G comes in several color options: Ruby Red, Shadow Black, Electric Blue, Active Gray, Pearl White, and Striped Yellow, and has a suggested price of US$1,076 (approximately R$5921).
The motorcycle has been in the market for some time; however, being an Indian manufacturer located in Hyderabad, the product has gone unnoticed in the international market.
With a mobile phone price and good specifications, the vehicle does not disappoint compared to other models. For example, the Triumph TE-1 model has a range of 197km.
