The price of the Indian “affordable” motorcycle is 82,911 rupees, according to sites like Bike Wale, among others. This amount is equivalent to R$ 5,200 (current exchange rate), not accounting for other taxes or expenses. For this 2024 model, which is in its 2.0 version, the Splendor Plus Xtec has received an LED headlight and new graphics and colors.

The economical motorcycle is available in India in matte gray, black, and red. It is worth mentioning that the affordable motorcycle is not yet being marketed in Brazil, so there is no forecast for sales here.

If it were to come to Brazil, the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 would be a rival to the Honda Pop 110, Mottu Sport 110i, and the Shineray Worker 125 and Worker Cross 150. The affordable motorcycle is equipped with a single-cylinder, 100 cc engine, which can deliver up to 7.09 horsepower and 8.05 Nm. According to the company itself, the model can travel up to 73 km with just 1 liter of fuel.

This engine works in conjunction with a 4-speed transmission. The responsible company, Hero MotoCorp, assured that the new Indian motorcycle maintains its classic design, as it is a significant part of its identity. However, the main updates come in the form of modern items.

Indian Economical Motorcycle Features Cutting-Edge Technologies That Surpass Brazilian Models

One of the standout features of the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 is its fully digital instrument console. This console includes an eco-indicator, real-time mileage indicator, service reminder, and a side stand indicator.

Additional features include a USB charging port and Bluetooth connectivity, which enables alerts for calls, texts, and battery. For safety, the Indian “affordable” motorcycle is equipped with a dedicated hazard switch, engine cut-off, and a tilt angle sensor.

In general, the economical motorcycle has a fairly simple setup, including drum brakes at the rear and front. Its wheels, in turn, are made of alloy. The suspensions consist of a telescopic fork at the front and dual shocks at the rear.
