After the written test, candidates who achieve the minimum score will proceed to the health inspection phase, physical fitness exam, psychological evaluation, verification of requirements, and medical-dental review. Classification is based on performance in all stages, and those approved are called for enrollment the following year, in 2026. It is worth remembering that registration can be made from March 31 to May 18, exclusively through the official ESA website.
Vacancies and Test Application City
The NEW ESA 2025 ANNOUNCEMENT offers a total of 1,119 vacancies, divided as follows: 910 vacancies for men and 105 vacancies for women in the general area, 24 vacancies for music (both genders), and 80 vacancies for the health area (both genders). A positive point is that the tests are conducted in almost all Brazilian capitals, which facilitates the participation of candidates from all regions.

Candidates for music and health vacancies must present documentation and proof of experience in the area.

During training, ESA students receive financial assistance, accommodation, meals, and medical and dental assistance. After completing the course, the military is appointed as a third sergeant, with an initial salary above R$ 5,000, in addition to additional pay for specialization, length of service, and the possibility of advancement in the military career.
