Partnership with the City Hall and Appreciation of Historical Heritage
The Bragança Winner Mall Shopping is being developed through a public-private partnership with the Bragança Paulista City Hall.
The building where the new commercial center will operate underwent a retrofit process, a technique that modernizes old constructions without altering their original structures. The old Municipal Market Amílcar Donato Barletta was completely renovated to accommodate the venture, maintaining its historical and symbolic importance for the city.

The opening of the new shopping center has one of its main impacts as the generation of job opportunities. The opportunities are expected to range from sales and customer service to areas such as security, maintenance, administration, and food services.

São Paulo Leads Shopping Mall Expansion in Brazil
According to data from the Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers (Abrasce 2024), Brazil is expected to open around 30 new shopping malls in the next five years. The state of São Paulo, in turn, continues to be the main hub for sector expansion, with various developments planned for cities in the interior and Greater São Paulo.
The Bragança Winner Mall Shopping fits into this movement of growth in physical retail, adapted to new consumer demands for convenience, experience, and integration with the local community.
The Goal Is to Strengthen Regional Commerce
For Guilherme Siriani, managing partner of Winner Mall, the project represents an important step in consolidating Bragança Paulista as a regional hub for commerce and leisure. “We want to present the project as a whole, starting a new phase for local commerce,” he stated during the mall’s launch.
The expectation is that the new space will stimulate internal consumption, attract visitors from neighboring cities, and promote the strengthening of regional businesses, also focusing on partnerships with local entrepreneurs.
Opening Is Scheduled for the End of the First Half
With construction already in advanced phases, Winner Mall expects the new shopping center to be fully operational by the end of the first half of 2025.
Until then, the process of occupying the stores and structuring the services should be completed, with the start of hiring to fill the hundreds of job vacancies generated by the enterprise.
