About the National Rural Learning Service of Mato Grosso do Sul
Senar (National Rural Learning Service) was created with the aim of being a private, rural employer entity, linked to the CNA and directed by a tripartite and parity Deliberative Council composed of representatives from the Federal Government and the rural worker and employer classes.
