The future starts now – The Ocyan Young Apprentice Program offers young people the opportunity to learn about the company culture and business, deepening their knowledge, gaining experience, and preparing them for the job market. In addition to receiving theoretical-technical classes during their contract and pedagogical support, apprentices will practice within the company, experiencing the reality of an Ocyan team member, overcoming goals and challenges.

Prerequisites
