SS Norbe VI Ocyan left the Enseada Shipyard on the 6th in the morning, she was docking at the terminal for maintenance and will finish her preparation in the state of Rio de Janeiro

The Ocyan rig, the SS Norbe VI, left the Enseada Shipyard, in Bahia or more specifically in the city of Maragogipe, on the 6th to head to Rio de Janeiro for its final preparations in order to fulfill a service contract for Petrobras. See here the video and the article about when the unit had arrived at the shipyard.

“The Ocyan rig, the SS Norbe VI Ocyan leaves the shipyard. At 5:00 am, the SS Norbe VI platform released the moorings and left the Enseada shipyard, starting its navigation towards Rio de Janeiro, where it will finish its preparation to start a contract with Petrobras. We wish the SS Norbe VI and the entire Ocyan team much success.” Exclaimed the shipyard representatives in a net Social.

This would theoretically explain why Ocyan has stepped up its hiring process since July. One of these selection processes can be seen by clicking here. There are vacancies for Welders, Technicians, Foremen, Inspectors, Auxiliaries and Engineers required for Rio de Janeiro and Macaé.

Shipyard Enseada wins another maintenance contract

There is no doubt that one of the big names of the moment in the Brazilian shipbuilding industry is Enseada. As you probably already following on our portal, she signed with Prosafe to maintain the Flotel Safe Concordia for 6 months.
