Activities:

Administrative support functions and general services

Support in the execution of the budget of IT items based on what was done in previous years;

Support purchasing and contracting activities, monitor and support the payment of procurement invoices;

Ration resource and cost allocation processes in order to meet business needs;

Act in accordance with good practices, strategies, controls, processes, contingency and solutions;

Prerequisites:

Graduation, be studying;

Intermediate or Fluent English;

MS Office package;

Experience in administrative activities;

SYSTEM CONTROL TECHNICIAN (offshore)

Activities:

Keep all control systems under the direction of Lead I&C;

Assist in the operation of the instrument, reporting deficiencies and malfunctions;

Carry out equipment maintenance, repair and inspection activities in accordance with the Planned Maintenance System;

Prerequisites:

Technical graduation;

Advanced English;

Knowledge and experience with the YOKOGAWA system;

RADIO OPERATOR (Offshore)

Activities:

Carry out internal and external communication in accordance with the instructions and needs of the OIM;

Transmission and receipt of documentation;

Update the OIM on flight delays or cancellations;

Ensure that air traffic control radio communications on VHF and SSB are sent and received;

Administer the discipline that must be followed in the area;

Prepare time sheet and overtime for the entire Brazilian crew;

Answer emergency communication in case of difficulty, such as: MAYDAY, PANPAN and SECURITE;

Prerequisites:

Desirable higher education;

GMDSS;

ANATEL;

CNS 014;

HT;

CBSP and Huet;
