With a height of 215 meters and 55 floors, the Sapphire Tower is set to be one of the ten largest buildings in Brazil. Inspired by the sapphire gemstone, the skyscraper offers a sophisticated design and exclusive apartments, with only two units per floor.
The construction is 30% complete, with a forecast for completion in 2026. FG Empreendimentos, responsible for the project, bets on this new colossus to further establish its presence in the competitive luxury market of Balneário Camboriú.

The Senna Tower is intended to be the tallest residential building in the world. With an impressive 157 floors and more than 500 meters in height, this monumental project pays homage to the legendary driver Ayrton Senna.
