The CBSI, a third-party company of CSN, announced this Sunday, June 2, new temporary job openings for the positions of Technicians, Inspection, Supervision, and Coordination. Planning Coordinator – Resume Submission until June 15
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
Activities:
- Supervise and guide the team under your responsibility, determining the services to be performed and the necessary resources, according to procedures, with quality, safety, and within the established deadline;
- Analyze the project portfolio and distribute the control among the available resources;
- Train teams on procedures and standards, keeping them prepared to plan and execute the services with total quality, timeliness, safety, and considering respect for the environment;
- Guide teams in developing service planning, correcting failures and suggesting modifications to facilitate and ensure the perfect execution of services;
- Conduct execution control meetings with the participation of the Execution supervision, presenting the development of works on a weekly basis;
- Development and maintenance of Management Control Items;
- Prepare and monitor the Sector of Planning’s Monthly Goals Plan; Monitor the calculation of the monthly indices achieved;
- Coordinate process improvement projects within the company.
