Natura Opens 104 Young Apprentice Positions in SP for Young People Aged 18 to 22, No Experience Required. Applications Until December 5.

Natura has launched a new cycle of the Florescer 2025, its traditional young apprentice program, turning the arrival of the year-end into one of the greatest opportunities for those seeking their first job. There are 104 exclusive positions for young people aged 18 to 22, all in the State of São Paulo, and the main differentiator is clear: no prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and availability to work in units located in São Paulo, Cajamar, or Cabreúva.

The program reinforces inclusive policies and opens doors precisely for those who face the most barriers to entering the job market. In addition to prioritizing students and graduates from the public education system, 80% of the positions are reserved for Black and mixed-race youth, and 5% for people with disabilities, positioning Natura as one of the companies that invests the most in diversity and social transformation.
