The Petrobras RNEST refinery includes distillation units; delayed coking; diesel and naphtha hydrotreating, hydrogen generation, and others. “Each will have its specific maintenance timeframe, according to the complexity and number of services.”

Sale of Stake in BR, the Largest Fuel Distributor in Brazil, Will Fill Petrobras’ Piggy Bank with at Least 8 Billion Reais
The Brazilian oil giant plans to divest its remaining stake in the BR Distribuidora service station network later this year, and the deal could fill Petrobras’ “piggy bank” with US$ 1.5 billion, equivalent to over 8 billion reais, three sources told Reuters.
After rumors circulated online, Petrobras informed the market last night that “the timing for launching the sale offer” for its stake in BR Distribuidora has not yet been defined. The statement highlights that the sale of its remaining 37.5% stake will be conducted through a secondary share offer (follow-on), as disclosed on August 26 of last year.
Petrobras also stated that the operation is subject to the approval of the company’s internal bodies, the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and other regulatory authorities.
Sources told Reuters that the company is considering selling its remaining stake in BR this year for around R$ 8 billion.
