Attend the following courses:  Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Energy, Production, Maintenance, Telecommunications, Mechanics, Control and Automation, Computing), Information Technology Management, Information System;

To possess: total availability to move, reside and work in the interior of the states where Equatorial Energia operates.

Stages of the Equatorial Energia Trainee Program:

• 1st stage – Form registration online;
• 2nd stage – English test online;
• 3rd stage – Equatorial Journey;
• 4th stage – Virtual group dynamics;
• 5th stage – Panel with managers;
• 6th stage – Coffee with the CEO;
• 7th stage – Admission.

Phases of the Trainee program at Equatorial, in Maranhão:

• Phase 01 of the Trainee program of the energy company in Maranhão: Integration – Atmosphere and welcome, with the aim of acculturating and providing guidance on important information about the Group and the trainee program, in addition to a chat with the CEO.

On April 31, Equatorial Energia won the auction for the privatization of Companhia Estadual de Energia Elétrica-CEEE-D, a distributor in Rio Grande do Sul. The company was the only bidder with a bid of BRL 100 and assumes almost BRL 7 billion in debt. The Group plans to improve the services provided and improve customer service in the state.

Grupo Equatorial Energia serves almost 10% of all consumers in Brazil and accounts for 6,5% of the country's distribution market. The group presented a proposal of 100 thousand reais. There is no controversy as this is the only participating company. The transition process for new shareholders will take 60 to 90 days.
