Mercedes Benz do Brazil offers internships to young college students with the goal of promoting the exchange between the company and the school, in order to facilitate the student’s integration into the job market, contributing to their professional, personal, and academic development. Students will have an internship plan established between Manager, Supervisor, and Intern, with the support of the Human Resources department. The intern’s development will include training and lectures focused on improving work tools, corporate behavior, business vision, and project follow-up. These actions will support the intern in their continuous development through guidance, involvement with practice, performance evaluation, and network strengthening.
Requirements and Benefits
To apply for the internship program, the Brazilian or foreign student must be enrolled in a regulated Brazilian institution; in their penultimate or last year of higher education (Graduation between December 2019 and December 2020) in the areas of Engineering, Research and Development, Production and related areas, Sales and Marketing; Finance and Controlling, Secretarial, and have intermediate English (knowledge of Spanish and/or German will be a differential).
