Are you looking to improve your skills? Apple, a giant in the tech industry, has announced a series of free courses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) aimed at the Brazilian audience in the second half of this year.
The classes, which will be in-person, will take place in various educational institutions partnered with the Apple Developer Academy in Brazil, including cities like São Paulo, Campinas, Brasília, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Porto Alegre, Manaus, Recife, and Rio de Janeiro.
This initiative offers high-quality training in development, design, and entrepreneurship, creating new opportunities for professionals looking to stand out in the market.

So far, Apple has not released the official schedule or the number of spots available for the free courses.
Additionally, alumni of the Apple Developer Academy will also be able to apply for the selection process. The program, which arrived in Brazil in 2013, aims to empower professionals in areas such as development, design, and entrepreneurship through specialized training and courses.
What Will Be Covered in Apple’s AI Courses?
According to the official announcement, the free courses will focus on teaching the fundamental principles of AI technologies and frameworks like Core ML, explaining their potential to enhance performance on Apple devices. There will also be instructions on how to develop and train AI models from scratch.
Participants will have the chance to learn through a project-driven curriculum and will have the support of hundreds of mentors, in addition to being part of a network of over 12,000 Apple Academy alumni spread around the world.
In addition to AI classes, students will also have access to modules on programming, design, marketing, and professional skills development.
“With the latest APIs and technologies presented by Apple at WWDC 2024, students will have access to even more advanced tools to create innovative apps and projects,” the company stated in the announcement.
