The Development Was Uniquely Designed to Combine the Highest Construction Standards with the Experience of Well-Being in the Most Emerging Seaside Resort in Southern Brazil
To provide a superlative living experience, associated with the glamour of an exclusive high-standard development and all the convenience of large home clubs in a unique tower. It was within this concept that Seger Construction and Development designed the Doha Tower, bringing to the region a bit of the magnitude and sophistication of the capital of Qatar. The development was built in a prime area of Meia Praia, in Itapema, and brings a new concept of well-being to the city. The delivery of the apartments is scheduled for December 9.
The building’s differentiators set it apart in the competitive real estate market of the Santa Catarina coast, merging high construction standards with exclusive experiences that only the Doha Tower can provide. There are 40 apartments distributed over 28 floors and more than 15,000 square meters of built area, including 1,200 m² of leisure area with 19 environments, on the sixth floor and the rooftop.
The leisure complex includes sports courts and areas for indoor sports activities such as bowling and gaming space, a bathhouse with a heated pool, as well as adult and children’s pools, a spa, kids’ areas, and a social area with a Pool Bar. On the 28th floor are the Sky Lounge Bar, Club, Hookah Space, Fireplace Lounge, and an observatory with three state-of-the-art telescopes.

The Doha Tower has 40 apartments with a private area of 182 m², four suites, gourmet balconies integrated with the social area, and three or four parking spaces, with the option for charging an electric or hybrid vehicle. It also has two penthouse apartments, with approximately 360 m² of private area. The minimum price of the apartments is R$ 3.5 million.
“It can be said confidently that today the Doha is the first development of a single tower with a high investment in leisure areas, including a rooftop. In the region, we only find so many options in condominiums with more towers or home clubs,” explains the commercial director Marciano Seger. “It is the first unique tower with so much leisure area for so few residential units. The Doha is seen as a watershed in the company’s portfolio,” adds the engineering director Estela Cipriani Seger.

Seger Construction and Development has been prominent in the real estate market of Itapema for 12 years, combining the tradition of the Cipriani construction company through the expertise of Estela, the engineering director of the company, with the entrepreneurship of her husband Marciano Seger, commercial director, and partners Silvio Junior Nyland and Ariane Seger Nyland, purchasing and financial directors of the group, respectively.
In these 12 years in the market, Seger has already proven its worth and filled an important market gap in the region, launching properties for a diverse audience, with apartments ranging from two suites to beachfront. “In a competitive market like today, doing well is no longer enough. Seger goes beyond that and seeks to generate value by providing the best experiences for the client,” explains Marciano.
Another differentiator, according to Estela, is that regardless of the location or price of the apartment, Seger follows the same construction standard and its projects are unique.
In 12 years, the company has already built six developments that together total 49,960 square meters and is currently working on seven more buildings, with an additional 86,739 square meters under construction until 2029. The construction company also has more launches planned and approved for Itapema and Porto Belo and does not rule out the possibility of expanding to other municipalities.
