Until 2019, the City Hall of Quissamã together with SENAI will benefit 650 people through the largest technical training program in the history of the municipality
In partnership with SENAI, the City Hall of Quissamã, through the municipal department of Economic Development, Labor and Tourism, is offering 196 vacancies for various free Professional Qualification courses, which will be taught in 2019. The Secretary of Economic Development, Labor, and Tourism, Arnaldo Mattoso, emphasized the importance of the activities. “Professional qualification is the main gateway to the job market, and we will continue to invest and train our residents. Most of the offered courses enable professionals to work independently,” he highlighted.

- 16 vacancies for Roof Structure Carpenter
- 16 vacancies for Ceramic Coating Applicator
- 20 vacancies for Low Voltage Building Electrician
- 16 vacancies for Residential Hydraulic Installer
- 12 vacancies for Carbon Steel MAG Welder 6G
- 20 vacancies for Computer Operator
- 16 vacancies for Coating Applicator
- 12 vacancies for NR11 – Crane Operation.
To participate in the program, the candidate must not have abandoned any previously offered course in the professional qualification program, whose justification was not considered relevant and accepted by the Municipality; must not have completed any other course offered by the municipality in the last three years (2016, 2017, and 2018); must be at least 18 years old; must not be retired; must have a CNPJ.

At the time of registration, interested candidates must present originals and copies of the following documents
NIS (Social Identification Number) in the social programs registration, if registered
Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF)
ID
Proof of Residence for 5 consecutive years (water, electricity, telephone, or CADSUS).
The start date of classes varies according to the course. Further information about the courses, including start and end dates, can be obtained in the announcement available in the Official Gazette of November 7, edition no. 595.
Location and Date of Registration
Registration will take place from November 22 to December 7 at the Entrepreneur’s House, on Avenida Barão de Vila Franca, in the center, and on November 22 and 23 at the Baixada House, in Barra do Furado. Of the available vacancies, 50% will be made available for individuals benefiting from the municipality’s Social Programs and the remainder for open competition.
The list of candidates selected for the SENAI course will be announced on January 7, starting at 2 PM, on a notice board at the Entrepreneur’s House and on the City Hall’s website. The confirmation of enrollment may be done between January 15 and 19, from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 11 AM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM; and on Fridays, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
