Trainings in “Customer Satisfaction” (40h) and “Public Speaking Skills” (8h) Have Registrations Open Until April 20 at SESI. Spots Are Limited.

The SESI Free Courses Institute in Pernambuco has opened 300 spots for free online training. There are 150 opportunities for each course: Customer Satisfaction (40 hours) and Public Speaking Skills (8 hours). Registrations are open until April 20, or until spots are filled, and only require a minimum age of 16 and internet access.

SESI-PE Courses

Customer Satisfaction:
How service impacts customer perception;
Use of marketing tools and interaction management;
Workload: 40 hours.
Public Speaking Skills:
Techniques to control anxiety and improve body language;
Strategies for presenting professional projects;
Workload: 8 hours.

Requirements and Step-by-Step for Registration

To participate in the SESI Free Courses Institute, it is necessary to:

Be 16 years old or older;
Have an email and internet access;
Create an account on the SESI-PE website, in the Continuing Education section.
After enrollment, the student has 30 days to complete the course and achieve a minimum of 70 points on the final assessment to receive the certificate.
