Motivation in the work environment

It aims to propose a positive attitude towards motivation in the work environment, identify the concepts of motivation and leadership at work, present models of motivation and leadership and find issues that interfere with motivation. This course has a workload of 30 hours and a completion period of 40 days.

Information management and new technologies

This course aims to teach the student that the management of information and new technologies is essential for the administration of companies in the transport sector, since it enables the delivery of systematized data from sectors such as production and logistics. This course has a workload of 30 hours and has a completion period of 45 days.

Preventive vehicle maintenance

Here the student will learn about the importance of periodically maintaining the vehicle in order to ensure greater engine durability, more safety during the trip and more savings at the end of the month. The workload of this course is 8 hours and the deadline for completion is 15 days.

materials management

This course aims to teach the student about learning to manage materials efficiently using the best control techniques and purchasing processes. The course load is 30 hours with a deadline of 45 days for completion.

Those interested in applying to the free courses must access the Sest Senat website and select the course they wish to attend.

In order to enroll, it is necessary to fill out a registration form on the institution's website with data such as CPF, full name, date of birth, address and contact, nearest unit, among other data.

It is worth mentioning that there is no limit, that is, the person interested can participate in as many free courses as he/she wishes.

Classes are self-instructional. In this way, the student has access to the material and to the interactive classes and defines his own pace of studies. Upon completing the studies, the student must respond to the final assessment. Sest Senat makes the completion certificate available for download after the person is approved and responds to the reaction assessment.
