GreenV, a company that operates in the electric mobility sector, announced the opening of 50 vacancies in a free course that aims to train professionals to install charging points for electric cars
Unemployment in Brazil has grown a lot in recent years and, currently, there are about 12 million unemployed professionals or without formal work. On the other hand, during the same period, the entry of eletric cars in the market has also grown, generating several new areas of activity for Brazilians. In this way, the startup GreenV developed a free professional qualification course to include low-income people in this growing market.
All the details about GreenV's professional training initiative
Corrente GreenV, a free course aimed at installing charging points for electric cars, will take place on the 4th of next month at CCA Com Viver, in Capão Redondo, in the São Paulo neighborhood (SP).
The action will start around 14 pm and will be completely free. At first, 50 people who are interested in training in the electric car sector will be covered. The event will begin with a lecture introducing those interested to the subject and to the free GreenV course.
After the lecture, 30 people will be selected for a free course on installing charging points for electric cars, which will last four classes, held over four weekends, from 9 am to 17 pm. It is important to note that only those over 16 years old can participate in the initiative.
According to GreenV, the expectation is to find people interested in entering the electric car market and place them in internship programs within the company. The course comprises GreenV Academy, an online teaching center focused on the study and training of the electric mobility market.
Register for the free electromobility course
If you are interested and wish to enroll in the GreenV opportunity, you must fill out an online form providing essential data such as full name, e-mail, telephone number, student age, education level, among others. Those who participate in the free course and achieve more than 90% in the final evaluation will have a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
The best rated will have the chance to visit a dealership of Porsche and observe the brand's cars up close. According to ABVE data, Brazil has approximately 1.250 charging points available, of which around 47% are located in São Paulo. However, it is a matter of time before electric cars cease to be considered “different” vehicles and start to become popular on the streets of Brazil.
The drop in the value of batteries and the pressure for more sustainable urban mobility on public policy agendas can cause changes to happen in the sector in the coming years.
