According to the Work Map 2022-2025 from the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), Brazil needs to qualify 9.6 million workers for industrial occupations. Of this total, 2 million require initial training to fill new vacancies or replace dismissals. Furthermore, a study by CNI reveals that five out of ten industries face a lack of qualified workers.
To address this labor shortage and attract new professionals, especially young people, to the industrial sector, technology emerges as a strategic solution.
